Consent to data processing according to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR
Dear Participant!
In the following FH JOANNEUM Gesellschaft mbH, Alte Poststraße 147, 8020 Graz, info@fh-joanneum.at in its capacity as the data controller, provides you with all the information you need to safeguard your data protection rithts and to give your consent.
1. Data porcessing
FH JOANNEUM collects and processes the following data about you:
– names and contact information for the administration of the consent
This processing is based on your express consent according to Art. 6 (1) (a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
There is no legal obligation to proces the data. There is no contractual obligation to process the data. If you do not give your consent to the processing of your data this will have no consequences for you.
2. Duration of processing
Your data will be processed for 6 years from the date of collection. If you withdraw your consent your data will be erased following receipt of your withdrawal of consent.
3. Data recipient
The collected data will be used only for internal usages, e.g. monitoring MOOC activity. There are no appropriate safeguards and no EU Comission adequacy decision on the level of data protection for worldwide publications on the Internet. I am aware that digital data from the Internet may be copied, used otherwise or modified by third parties. I am also aware that evena fter I have withdrawn my consent and the FH JOANNEUM has deleted the data, they may remain on external Internet, ariceve or other participants' pages. This poses a risk to the enforceability of your data protection rights.
4. Withdrawal of consent
You can withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email to erika.pernold@fh-joanneum.at. The collected data prior to that time and their use on the website shall nonetheless remain lawful.
If you withdraw your consent all data will be erased and data processing will be stopped.
5. Other data subject rights
You have also
– the right to obtain information about your personal data
– the right to rectification or erasure or restriction of processing
– the right to data portability
– the right to object to processing under specific circumstances
wich can be exercised by contacting FH JOANNEUM Gesellschaft mbH, Alte Poststraße 147, 8020 Graz, datenschutz@fh-joanneum.at as teh relevant data processor, or its Data Protection Officer.

Adrian, this is not real chaos, than the two concepts of chaos and order describe, at first sight, two opposite situations.
